Some of  you have expressed that you would like to have the NL in HTML format.  If you get TEXT ONLY Newsletters, please let me know and I will change your preference to HTML.  For some reason several people with HTML marked as their preference have been receiving TEXT only.  Please let me know if this wasn't resolved and I will look into it.
